Clint has over 20 years of software consulting experience working with the industry leading technology companies building new innovative solutions by managing a Growth + BD Team, Product Managers and Engineers to develop cutting edge SaaS offerings earning millions in recurring revenue.  For the last 6 years Clint has worked closely with National Retail Pharmacies, GPO’s and PSAO’s building pharmacy networks to co-develop and create new technologies that help improve access to care and significant increases in prescription volume.  His efforts have paved the way for new digital technologies to penetrate existing markets gaining major market share with net new customers by increasing their revenue generating capacity and drastically improving workflow efficiencies. 

He’s been responsible for establishing new tech startups within Fortune 500 Corporations including Cardinal Health, DaVita Kidney Care, Allscripts and most recently the billion dollar tech start up Truepill where he commercialized their Telehealth, Pharmacy and Diagnostics solutions.  He has also led strategic partnerships with Industry leading organizations Epic, McKesson, eHealth, Labcorp, AmerisourceBergen to deliver ground-breaking software solutions that drive significant growth and hundreds of millions in annual revenue.  

Clint has experience building AI Driven Technology Platforms, EMRs + RCM tools, Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment patient facing technology, Adherence solutions, DIR mitigation tools, PDC improvement software and direct to patients and direct to consumer digital healthcare programs. He was selected to be a part of the Odyssey of the Mind program in grade school and that is where he learned how to use creativity to solve problems in real time.  

Clint then went on and graduated from Sam Houston State University where he was a leader on the baseball field and in the classroom that earned him National recognition as an Academic All- Conference player while also being a leading member of the Sigma Chi National Men’s Fraternity.  He has a passion for the outdoors and loves to spend his time with his wife Irma House and their 5 rescue dogs in Sandpoint Idaho. 

Dr. Ed O’Bryan

Dr. O’Bryan is a transformational, seasoned physician executive leader with over 14years of clinical and leadership experience in the telehealth and digital health spaces. He has developed telehealth and digital health programs that cover millions of lives annually through his high-quality, accessible, and scalable models. At True Pill he currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Vice President of Clinical Operations where he oversees program and business development, quality, strategy,provider network building, partnerships, and KPI development for the True Pill system which includes telehealth, digital pharmacy and digital diagnostics. 

Prior toTrue Pill he was the CMO & VPMA of Clinical Operations at Wellpath where he oversaw clinical in-person and telehealth operations in 38 states for over 300,000 patients a day. Prior to that, Dr. O’Bryan was at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he served as the Enterprise CMO for Telehealth and Business Health and the Executive Director of MUSC Health Solutions, a novel system-wide accelerator for rapid commercialization of innovative digital medical products, services, partnerships and ideas. He additionally served as the Medical Director of the Physicians Assistant Program and Chief of the Division of TeleHealth.

Dr. O’Bryan has also developed and overseen the TeleHealth platforms at Wellpath, MUSC and Truepill that incorporate direct-to-consumer, corrections, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, specialty services, mental/behavioral health, psychiatry, insurers, and employer groups. His role was integral in the development of the HRSA-granted South Carolina TeleHealth Center of Excellence (one of only two in the US) that is responsible for over 1.3 million telehealth encounters a year.

Academically, Dr. O’Bryan maintains his position as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at MUSC where he was previously Chief of the Division of Global Health and TeleHealth and Chief of the Health and Wellness Service Line. He has over $15 million dollars in funded research and numerous publications and academic presentations. He attended Davidson College, received his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina, and his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee. He is married to his wife Claire, and has two daughters, Evy and Tillie.

Joe Rector is an innovative healthcare executive whose career has focused on growing strategic healthcare technology companies. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of NDCHealth’s Pharmacy platforms, Mr. Rector developed the strategy that led to the company’s sales team dominating the industry for over 15 years with over 80% market share across multiple solutions. After growing the business past $100M in revenue with a strong bottom line, he was part of the senior leadership team that sold the company to Per Se Technologies.

As Senior Vice President / General Manager at SDIHealth, he led the pharmacy division to build one of the most profitable pharmacy data networks in the Healthcare Data space. Mr. Rector was part of the senior management team that helped with SDIHealth’s ultimate sale to Fortune 100 company IMS Health.

After IMS acquired SDIHealth, Mr. Rector partnered with IMS Health to form brand new start-up VisibilityRx, a patient engagement company. VisibilityRx was sold to DrFirst, where the VisibilityRx partnerships were layered into DrFirst’s digital patient engagement platforms. Mr. Rector has strategic healthcare technology experience in the pharmacy, electronic prescribing, healthcare data, patient engagement digital platforms, health plan/payer/PBM solutions and telehealth areas of healthcare.

He graduated from Missouri State University where he was a member of the nationally ranked cross country and track teams. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he loves spending time with his wife Jeanne and four sons on Lake Lanier north of Atlanta.
